Welcome to plenty.domains. By accessing or using our domain name generation tool, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts and Credits

  • Free Search Abuse: It is strictly prohibited to abuse the free search functionality for unauthenticated users. Users are allowed one free search.
  • Sign Up and Credits: To access the full features, users must sign up and purchase credits.
  • Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining free credits is not allowed and may result in account termination.
  • Credit Expiration and Refunds: Credits are non-refundable and will expire three (3) years after the date of purchase.

3. Domain Generation and Pricing

  • Variable Pricing: The credit price per generated domain varies depending on the specific domain ending (TLD) and your selected search settings.
  • Price Display: The applicable price is always displayed directly below the search box prior to generation.
  • Charging: Credits are charged depending on the exact number of generated names.

4. Exclusivity and Availability

  • Exclusivity Window: Domains found using plenty.domains are exclusive to the user who generated them for a period of one (1) year. Please note that this does not exclude the possibility that our naming engine might independently create the same name for other users at any time.
  • Our Guarantee: plenty.domains guarantees that we will not use, share, or sell any of the users' domains within this one-year exclusivity window.
  • Post-Exclusivity: After one year, the service may reuse these domains.
  • Registration Encouragement: We strongly encourage users to register their desired domain names as soon as possible.
  • No Refunds for Domain Status: The user has no right to a refund for generated names that are not to their liking, or for names that become unavailable for registration at any time after generation.

5. Affiliate Commissions

Please be aware that registrar links provided by plenty.domains might create a commission for plenty.domains when you proceed to register a domain name.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of plenty.domains, including but not limited to the underlying AI engine, design, text, logos, and graphics, are owned by plenty.domains and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the tool to generate names that are unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or that infringe upon any intellectual property rights of third parties. plenty.domains reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless plenty.domains, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the generated domain names.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will plenty.domains, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our service, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. plenty.domains makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service or the domain names generated. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
